Tourism in Saint Paul de Vence
The Principality of Monaco has often been the talk of the celebrity press, but it has much more to offer than its jet-set image, with its casino built by Louis Garnier, architect of the Paris Opera, its exceptional oceanographic museum, its superb exotic gardens and its princely palace. Monaco-Ville, also known as the Rock, is the heart of the state itself, where the Princely Palace is built. The Palace can be visited daily between April and October. In Monaco-Ville, history is traced in every nook and cranny of the city, where ancient buildings are particularly numerous.
