Are the swimming pools supervised?
The safety of our pools is a priority. During the High season (July and August), supervision is provided by qualified staff to guarantee families’ peace of mind. However, we remind you that parents’ vigilance remains the best form of safety: children, even in the paddling pool, must remain under the constant responsibility of an accompanying adult.
What types of swimsuits are allowed?
To guarantee impeccable water hygiene for all our guests, we apply a strict rule: only tight-fitting swimming briefs and boxer shorts are allowed in the pool area. Swimming shorts, Bermuda shorts and T-shirts are not allowed in the pools. Don’t forget to pack the right outfit!
Do you charge for deckchairs?
No, comfort is an integral part of your stay with us. The sunbeds on our solarium beaches are freely accessible and free of charge. They are at your disposal for reading or napping. We’re counting on everyone’s good manners not to “book” the sunbeds unnecessarily, so that everyone can enjoy them.
Is the Balneo area accessible to children?
The balneo area is a peaceful place reserved exclusively for adults over 18. Children, on the other hand, are free to enjoy the large heated swimming pool and adjacent paddling pool, ideal for family games.
Is the water temperature maintained throughout the season?
The outdoor pools (large swimming pool and paddling pool) are heated as soon as the campsite opens and when conditions require. This makes it easier to enjoy swimming in the spring and off-season, while remaining dependent on the weather.
